First of all, please ignore my ramblings, I'm pretty new here, and although MVP likely have less than 50 hours of gameplay on the GameKeeper servers. I'm mainly a PvP player, and initially joined after spreading my wings from Vanilla 2x / 5x servers, to a more modded experience. I've certainly not looked back, zLvl and quick smelt, to name a couple, make the Rust experience go from good to great!
I was initially attracted to GameKeeper based on the VIP packages. I don't have as much time to play as I used to, and thought the boost would provide some much needed resources and guns to stay relevant against others on the server that did have more time to play.
However... Since playing modded servers, and learning to "abuse" (although only in a total acceptable, expected and legit way) the teleportation mod, it became very clear that this is something I really wanted to avoid on any further server I spent time on... Being able to have a totally hidden, trapped and pretty much unlootable (no doors / weak points) loot base, miles away from anything else and hidden, and be able to trade my loot with that base in minutes, is pretty frustrating when trying to raid someone, and I know in the wipes that I played within on the GameKeeper server, I had my loot spread over 3 such bases, which were easy to upkeep. A single one of them was raided, but it was certainly not worth the effort the person put in, not to mention, I can put mines ALL around, without risk to me, as I never needed to be anywhere near the base only teleport inside it.
Given the above, I now tend to actively avoid TP/Home servers, and servers that have VIP packages with Guns / Armour.

So.... My suggestion!
It would be great to have a solo or duo only server, which includes a lot of the mods currently available, such as server rewards and the shop, but excludes the teleport mod, modify the zLvl to be a little harsher than normal (EG: Harder to level up, start at x1 and end at x10) and to lose experience (maybe a whole level?) when you die. This adds risk to reward when roaming the map and battling, as the more you die, the more levels you lose!
I think the 1 free cargo plane a day bonus, which I cannot currently remember what the criteria on that, should also be disabled on this server. No heli, no CCTV, no auto-turret upgrades.
It would also be great to modify the VIP rewards... While the current rewards are balanced for the gameplay of the current PvP server, it would be great if they could be balanced to support harsher gameplay... Suggestions below, although these WILL need adjustment! The main element is to avoid Guns / Armour / Ammo within the kits and ensure people still need to grind a little to get guns / craft them, although add in a little sulphur ore to account for this.
