Floating blue scientists shooting me east of mining outpost then wandering off into the wilderness.

Wooden windows that you get for 75 BP. Craft an place them in the frames, when damaged you can open and close them to auto repair them automatically. <-- also a bug.. Still hasn't been fixed since of Jan.

They should reset after X amount of seconds. About three of five minutes I think it is.

I've not noticed that, but there's no plugins that manage those types of things. Must be a game bug. I'll look into it though.
