Title: Something relevant about the suggestion. Not 'I have a suggestion' because I already knew that.
Message: (If it's a new plugin) I have found this plugin which I think would be great for the server(s) (Please include a link to the plugin) This is because it can do ... and it would make the server better because...
Something along those lines is great.
Then all you have to do is click on create thread down below and it'll be with me within the minute.
