Implemented Spawn heli on the build server

Add the ability to spawn the heli so you can try different heli bases.

im not sure about that (ollie corret me if i write something wrong) but you can put /callheli Kevincraft and heli go your site (base)
but i think that for spawn in bases is just heli work idk if you can change it (im not sure)

The problem with that, unless I'm wrong, is that people could also then send out heli's to other people building and potentially grief their base.

I have the same plugin on my server, and looking over it when someone can call it on specific players, they can call it to anyone.
Although, I did notice there was a helicontrol.spawnself or something permission, maybe just use that. I don't know how it works though.

Yep. You can do /callheli zilch and it will come straight to you. But only an Admin can spawn them on any player. But that's the type of shit that will get you banned if there's some way to get your heli to kill someone else. I wrote on that webpage "... In not so many words, don't be a twat" That's the general rule of the server.

Ah okay. Then we should be good then. Just wanted to double check.

I reckon it might not matter on the build server. We'll have to test it but I don't think the heli will do any damage unless the base is in a PvP zone.

Wouldn't it need to be with NoExplosives and NoPvE flags?
I can do a little bit of testing on my private server if you guys need it.

can you do it like you had it on the pve server, I could only call the heli to myself and not to other players like my friend and maybe allow more calls than just one heli per server

TruePVE protects everything by default, so it's only the PvP zones would be a problem. We'll just have to test it...

That's what they want, to be able to test a heli base with the heli. So the heli doesn't need to be protected.
