What is your suggestion? (i.e - A plugin, a server change.) Remove low upkeep from server.

Why do you think your suggestion would make a good change? Have you seen the size of the base im building, I only stopped coz i got bored, too many resources being help onto and people being offput by thr size of bases, all it adds to if people logging on to see if theyve been raided, then logging off (mostly the russians). Theres no need for low upkeep on x10, if clans can do it on vanilla and have a big compound, a solo should be able to do it on x10. it would make it fair for people wanting to raid too.
